Speed reduction signs put up by the Provincial Dept of Highways (MIT). Height is compliant with MUTCD. Signs are also put on both sides of the road (dual mounting) and are oversized (larger then minimum size) (90×120 cm). The City of Winnipeg dual mounts many signs, but non of them are speed signs.
